Security & Protection Architecture
Memory’s Afterlife is built on a structured security model designed to protect your files during your lifetime and ensure controlled, verified access in the future. Our platform combines private cloud storage, secure access controls, and a controlled release system designed for digital estate protection.
🔒 Private & Encrypted Storage
All files are stored in private cloud storage and are never publicly accessible. Access to files is provided only through secure, time-limited access links. Your vault remains private and accessible only to you while your account is active.
🛡 Controlled Release Protocol
Beneficiary access is not automatic. Our controlled release system requires identity verification, secure token validation, and administrative approval before any archive access is granted.
⏳ Grace Period Protection
If a membership lapses, archives are not deleted. Accounts enter a protected grace period to prevent accidental data loss and allow time to restore service before any access changes occur.
☁ Secure Cloud Infrastructure
Archives are stored using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundancy, access control policies, and private bucket storage architecture. Files are never stored on publicly accessible servers.
🔑 Secure Access Links
All file access is delivered through secure, expiring access links. These links automatically expire and cannot be used to browse or access other files in the system.
📋 Verification & Audit Logging
Verification actions, beneficiary approvals, and archive releases are logged for security and auditing purposes to prevent unauthorized access.
Our Security Philosophy
Memory’s Afterlife was designed around one core principle: your digital life should remain private while you are alive, and only be released under verified, controlled conditions.
This is not just cloud storage — it is a structured digital estate protection system.
