Eligible Refunds
- First-time subscriptions only
- Requested within 7 days of initial payment
- No vault release has occurred
- No excessive storage or abuse detected

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal payments after the first billing cycle
- Accounts that have triggered a vault release
- Accounts with significant storage usage beyond reasonable testing
- Subscription cancellations outside the 7-day window
