If you have been designated as a beneficiary, this page explains how the verification and archive access process works.
Receive Verification Email
If you were designated as a beneficiary, you will receive an email with a secure verification link. This link is unique to you and is required to begin the access request process.
Complete the Verification Form
After clicking the secure verification link in your email, you will be redirected to a secure verification page where you will complete and submit the required verification form electronically. This information is used to review and approve the archive access request.
All verification information must be submitted through the secure online form. This process helps protect the archive and prevents unauthorized access.
Review & Grace Period
After verification is submitted, the request enters a review and grace period. This safeguard prevents accidental or fraudulent access and ensures the request is legitimate before any files are released.
Secure Archive Access
Once approved, you will receive secure, time-limited access to download the archive files. Access links expire automatically for security.
Please Note: Memory’s Afterlife cannot grant archive access without completing the verification process. This process is in place to protect the archive owner’s privacy and ensure files are released only to the correct person.
